Rain!!! It is raning outside.
Ah!! It does bring back memories.
Avalanche of emotions, Echoes from the past.
Faint, yet clear and distinct.
I miss those golden school days.
I was a kids as innocent as my white school uniform.
Heart brightly colored as my umberella.
Joy and laughter ruled those days.
Where are those smiling faces now?
Faces that smiled with me, returns a frown now.
Did we drop our innocence along with uniform?
The pink mask I wear is unwelcome for many.
The facade I present is unwelcome for me.
The day has come, when I no longer wear the mask
I dream the day when I wake up with no mask
My mask will be torn, crushed and crumbled.
Tears, hugs and laughter from others await me then.
And I walk away from all beloved ones.
And I leave no foot prints on the sand.
And I walk alone.
